We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. In situations where products are in high demand, the processing time may be more than 3 working days.

As a rule, we send all shipments via DHL.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may need to contact you to update delivery information, which may result in delays in the delivery of your order.

Once we have received the shipping notification, we can no longer change or correct the delivery information. You, the customer, will void any replacement or refund if correct shipping information is not provided at the time of sending via email.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a notification card may be left by the courier detailing how and where your delivery can be picked up.

THE PRODUCT I'M LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE :(

Our shop has a large selection of products.Many of our products are seasonal exclusives and once sold out will most likely be discontinued. Occasionally an item in our standard selection is temporarily unavailable. We recommend checking weekly to check which items are back in stock. Our website may contain inaccuracies regarding availability. In these cases, an item or order may be canceled

WHAT IF MY ORDER CONTAINS MISSING OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS?

For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at office@seakignbracelets.com. Please include your transaction reference number (order number) and send us proof (image file size should be less than 1MB). We will solve the problem as soon as possible.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED?

You will receive an email confirmation with the order number and details of your purchase.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Your order can be changed up to 12:00 noon on the day after your order at the latest. You can contact us at office@seakignbracelets.com to request a change.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR A CANCELLATION?

An order can be canceled up to 12:00 p.m. on the day following the order at the latest. After that, cancellation is no longer possible.

CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT THAN MY CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS?

Damaged or lost products

If the product you ordered arrived damaged or lost in transit, you can request a replacement or refund. All you have to do is send us a photo of the product in the condition it was in when it was delivered before sending it back. When you return the product to us, you must use a tracking number. Otherwise we cannot issue a refund.

 

Any fees that must be paid

You are responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to our warehouse in Austria.

If you return a product and once we receive it in the appropriate condition, you are entitled to a replacement product or a refund.

Replacement product: Once you have selected the product you require, it will take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive.

Refund: You will receive the money directly on your card (or other payment method) after 2-5 business days.
